Conviflo Fair Use Policy
Effective date: July 23, 2026. This policy is incorporated into the Conviflo Terms of Service.
Conviflo's promise is simple: unlimited leads, $0.00 per lead, on every plan. Pricing scales with brands and features — never with your conversions. This policy explains what "unlimited" means in practice and what keeps the Service healthy for everyone.
1. Unlimited leads, honestly
- No plan limits how many submissions your live Flos can capture, and we never drop, hold back, or charge for a Lead.
- Billing problems never block lead capture or delivery: if a payment fails or a plan lapses, Flos you've had to take offline stop collecting, but we will not discard Leads already captured or in flight.
2. Soft view allowances
Serving funnel traffic has real infrastructure costs, so each plan carries a soft allowance of funnel views (page loads of your live Flos):
| Plan | Included views / month (soft) |
|---|---|
| Lite | 50,000 |
| Starter | 150,000 |
| Pro | 500,000 |
| Agency | 2,000,000 |
"Soft" means exactly that: crossing an allowance never stops your funnels and never drops leads. If a workspace consistently and significantly exceeds its allowance, we'll reach out to find the right plan (or a custom arrangement for genuinely large traffic). Enforcement is a conversation, not a switch.
3. Fair infrastructure use
To keep the Service fast for every customer, don't:
- use Flos as a general-purpose CDN or file host (media uploads are for funnel content);
- generate artificial traffic, automated submissions, or synthetic views against your own or others' funnels;
- probe, scan, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, spam protection (honeypots, timing checks, throttling), or plan enforcement;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the Service itself except as your plan expressly allows (Agency white-label covers presentation, not redistribution of the platform).
4. Content and conduct rules
Flos must not be used for:
- anything unlawful, or the promotion of unlawful goods or services;
- deception: phishing, impersonating another business, fake endorsements or reviews, misleading claims that violate advertising law, or funnels that misrepresent who is collecting the data and why;
- spam: sending to purchased lists, or collecting contacts for messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, or similar laws;
- collecting data you shouldn't: credentials or one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, data from children under 13, or health information — Conviflo is not a HIPAA-compliant environment and Protected Health Information must never be collected through it;
- malware, or content that is defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- lead-generation practices that are themselves illegal in your industry (e.g., unlicensed insurance or mortgage solicitation).
You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your industry and your visitors' jurisdictions, including consent and cookie requirements — Conviflo provides per-Flo cookie-banner and consent tools, but configuring them correctly for your audience is your call and your responsibility.
5. What happens on a violation
Proportionate response, in roughly this order unless the situation demands otherwise:
- Notice — we tell you what we found and ask you to fix it.
- Unpublish — we take the offending Flo offline while it's resolved.
- Suspension/termination — for serious, repeated, or bad-faith violations (phishing and malware skip straight here).
Even when we unpublish or suspend, Leads already captured remain yours and available for export, unless the data itself was collected unlawfully.
6. Reporting abuse
